Pražská šunka Baked Double Smoked Ham

The Pražská šunka is our original Prager ham, but with a twist. After the Prager is double smoked over German beechwood, we hand score it, glaze it and then oven bake it to perfection. The Pražská šunka looks fantastic and has to be tasted to be believed.

This boneless ham is the pinnacle of easy catering. With no bone it is easy to carve or slice with no wastage. It can be served cold for a great smoky flavour, or quickly reheated in the oven - with no more work to be done!
