Leberkäse

Also known as Fleischkӓse. Very finely grinded pork, bacon and onions. Baked as a loaf in a bread pan. Traditionally served warm in 1cm thick pieces with fried eggs or mustard in a bread roll. It can also be prepared as thin slices for sandwiches.

Stuttgarter Leberkäse

Traditional meatloaf from Stuttgart. Similar to fine Leberkӓse but stands out with its course texture. Allspice, clove, cinnamon and marjoram add extra flavour. Traditionally served warm in 1cm thick pieces. It can also be prepared as thin slices for sandwiches.

Traditional German meatloaf with pieces of capsicum, salami, cheese and spices. Traditionally served warm in 1cm thick pieces. It can also be prepared as thin slices for sandwiches.
